Eligibility for Award: Any high school senior who graduated from Beachwood Elementary School and is continuing his or her education after graduation at a post-secondary level. There will be eight general education awards and two special education awards.
Application must include:
- Completed application form.
- Academic information (Transcript)
- Essay -In three hundred words or less, explain how your education at Beachwood Elementary School has helped pave your way for success now and in the future.
Any incomplete component will invalidate this application.
